Descriptif Descriptif

On this beautiful, large plot of thirty-five thousand square metres, the densification operation is implemented in two distinct parts on two construction zones and in two stages. The first concerns three “urban villas”, the second four taller buildings. The development project respects the site by leaving natural areas between the buildings. The circulation areas within the district are mainly for pedestrians and vehicles accessing car parks located as far as possible away from the buildings. The project allows more than one hundred and fifty apartments for sale or rental to be built with the same architectural identity. Each building has quite a cut-out volume which offers triple aspect “heads” and a large staircase with natural light. The typologies of the units allow the creation of very large apartments for wealthy clients as well as a diverse rental offer. In most cases, the day areas are on the corners and project outside by covered balconies or conservatories. Whilst incorporating large glazed areas, the design of the façade emphasises both the horizontality of each slab and the verticality of the opaque parts, playing on the two colours of the precast concrete – grey and yellow – which ideally blends into this wooded place.
